The website may use third-party services such as Google Forms, Google Analytics, Zeffy, Cloudflare, and Monday.com. Each service has its own privacy practices.
Health information
Do not submit sensitive medical information through general website forms. Community Harvest should establish appropriate privacy procedures before collecting participant health information online.
