Our CHW-centered model
Community Harvest supports CHWs through training, bilingual and culturally responsive materials, outreach planning, and opportunities to work in pairs to support community wellness.
When funding allows, paid paired CHW outreach will help ensure participants receive guidance from people who understand local communities, cultures, and barriers.
