Signature program
A four-month wellness program where adults gather every other week to share food, build relationships, and explore practical topics that affect health and quality of life.
Program purpose
The program uses food, conversation, and culturally familiar gathering practices to create a welcoming setting for learning, reflection, and lifestyle change.
Participants explore food and nutrition, physical activity, chronic disease prevention, stress and sleep, financial well-being, and social connection.
Program format
Sessions can take place in community spaces, faith-based sites, housing community rooms, parks, schools, clinics, partner sites, or other trusted neighborhood settings. A WhatsApp or similar group supports reminders, resources, encouragement, and follow-up between sessions.
